Rwanda Buliza

I wanted to start 2021 off with a new coffee I haven't had in a very long time. I am pleasantly surprised with this coffee. Fun notes of Caramel but also some sweet/sour tastes of melon.

A great drip coffee anytime during the day. I like it in the morning as it has a nice bright acidity and medium body. I have also been trying it as a wonderful SO (Single Origin) Espresso.
